How does CleanSnap process my photos? CleanSnap uses Apple’s on-device Vision and Core Image frameworks to clean and enhance your photos. All processing happens directly on your iPhone — your photos are never uploaded to any server.

Will CleanSnap modify my original photos? No. CleanSnap creates a processed copy. Your original photo is not modified unless you explicitly choose to save the result over it.

Why is processing slow on some photos? On-device AI processing depends on your device’s hardware. Larger or higher-resolution photos take longer to process. For best performance, make sure your device has sufficient free storage and isn’t running many background apps.

What’s included in the free version? The free tier includes basic photo cleanup tools with daily usage limits. Upgrade to CleanSnap Pro for unlimited cleanups, all AI enhancement tools, and priority processing.

How do I manage my subscription? Go to your iPhone Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > CleanSnap. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from there.

How do I restore my purchases? Open CleanSnap > Settings > Restore Purchases. This will restore any active subscriptions associated with your Apple ID.

What happens if I delete the app? CleanSnap stores processed photos in your device’s photo library. Deleting the app will not remove photos already saved to your library, but any in-progress edits will be lost.
