Frequently Asked Questions
How do I create a new habit streak? Tap the “+” button on the main screen. Give your habit a name, choose a category, and set your target frequency (daily, weekly, etc.). Your streak begins as soon as you log your first completion.
What happens if I miss a day? If you miss a day, your current streak resets to zero. With Linkt Pro, you can use streak freezes to protect your streak on days you can’t complete your habit.
What are streak freezes? Streak freezes let you skip a day without losing your streak. Free users get a limited number; Pro users get more frequent freezes and streak insurance for additional protection.
How do community features work? You can join challenges, share progress, and connect with friends who are building similar habits. Community features are available to all users, with expanded access for Pro subscribers.
How do I manage my subscription? Go to your iPhone Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Linkt. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from there.
How do I restore my purchases? Open Linkt > Settings > Restore Purchases. This will restore any active subscriptions associated with your Apple ID.
How do I delete my account? Open Linkt > Settings > Account > Delete Account. Your data will be removed within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.
