How do I create a skincare routine? Tap the “+” button on the Routines screen. Choose AM or PM, add your products in the order you apply them, and save. SkinCycle will remind you to complete your routine each day.

How does product cycling work? Some products (like retinoids or exfoliants) shouldn’t be used every day. SkinCycle lets you set a cycle frequency for each product — for example, every other day or twice a week — and adjusts your daily routine accordingly.

Can I track multiple routines? Yes! Create separate AM and PM routines, plus custom routines for specific days or occasions. Pro users can create unlimited routines.

Does SkinCycle sync across devices? SkinCycle uses iCloud to sync your data across your Apple devices. Make sure you’re signed in to iCloud on all devices where you want your data to appear.

How do I manage my subscription? Go to your iPhone Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > SkinCycle. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from there. You can also manage your subscription from the Settings tab within the app.

How do I restore my purchases? Open SkinCycle > Settings > Restore Purchases. This will restore any active subscriptions associated with your Apple ID.

What happens if I delete the app? Locally stored data is removed from your device. If you use iCloud sync, your data remains in your iCloud account and will restore when you reinstall the app.
