How do I add a supplement? Tap the “+” button on the Dashboard. Enter the supplement name, dosage, and when you take it (morning, afternoon, evening). StackDay adds it to your daily checklist.

How do streaks work? Each day you log all your supplements, your streak increases by one. Miss a day, and your streak resets. Streaks help you build and maintain a consistent supplement habit.

Can I track supplements I take at different times of day? Yes! Assign each supplement to a time of day (morning, afternoon, or evening). Your Dashboard groups supplements by time so you can check them off throughout the day.

Is my supplement data private? Yes. All your supplement data is stored locally on your device using Apple’s SwiftData framework. It is never uploaded to our servers or shared with any third party.

How do I manage my subscription? Go to your iPhone Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > StackDay. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from there. You can also manage your subscription from the Settings tab within the app.

How do I restore my purchases? Open StackDay > Settings > Restore Purchases. This will restore any active subscriptions associated with your Apple ID.

What happens if I delete the app? All your supplement and tracking data is stored locally on your device. Deleting the app will permanently remove all data. We recommend keeping regular device backups through iCloud or your computer.
